If you want to register your trademark outside the territory of the Slovak Republic, there are three options:

1. Registration directly in national offices

If you are interested in registering your trademark in only a few specific countries, it is possible to arrange this registration through our patent attorneys working with us in those countries.

2. Registration through the International Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO)

Filing of an international trademark application through the International Intellectual Property Organization.

3. Registration through the European Intellectual Property Office

Filing of the EUTM trademark, which is valid for all EU member states.

When filing international applications, it is necessary to take into account significantly higher costs, either for representation abroad or due to higher administrative fees.
